I just returned from a two-week vacation in Italy. I am amazed how gesticulate Italian people are.
Most of hearing people in US do not know what 'gesticulate" means. Per http://dictionary.reference.com/wordoftheday/archive/2000/01/28.html, gesticulate means one expresses his/her feelings or emotions by using gestures.
I observed so many gestures that hearing Italian people have used. I will try to figure out if I can use vlog to document those gestures and post them.
I am sad that people in US are not gesticulate. This makes me wonder why we do not gesticulate as much as Italians people do. I also heard that many people in other countries such as Mexico and Greece do practice the form of gesticulation.
To be continued....
